Shipping
At Stanton Trading, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services to ensure your orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition. Here’s what you can expect:
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to the tristate area five days a week (Monday to Friday) by truck. For locations outside the tristate area, we ship across America using FedEx or UPS.
- Shipping Times: Orders within the tristate area are delivered on our scheduled delivery days. Orders outside this area ship upon confirmation and will arrive based on the carrier's delivery times.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be added to your invoice at checkout.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress and expected delivery date.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
